André Zambon
Animal Science MSc Student, Adcock lab
André joined the Adcock lab in the Fall of 2023. He will be conducting research on strategies to diagnose and treat mastitis in dairy sheep. André was born and raised in Curitiba, Brazil. He completed his Bachelor’s in Animal Science at Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). Over the course of his undergraduate degree, he worked at the Sheep and Goat Production and Research Laboratory of the UFPR under Dr. Alda Lucia Gomes Monteiro’s supervision and was a visitor student at Massey University in New Zealand under Dr. Rene Corner-Thomas’ supervision. During 2022 he also worked as a research technician in the Adcock Lab, helping with different projects on sheep welfare.
